@shanselman Bummer, I would imagine you're entitled to some compensation after landing. In the EU for long hauls, it's at least around 600€, better get informed.

Happened to me a few years back when flying from London to Seoul. I reached them out via social media and British Airways wired me the compensation in a matter of days. Great service.
