Fukushima

I was sitting the bullet train this morning at 7AM ready to go to Sendai, wanted to see the fish market (auction) but the shinkansen line was stopped

Trains did not go in or out of Fukushima

Waited for an hour in the train and then left to explore the city

As I was exiting the station TV crews were preparing for broadcast

This is my 4th trip to Japan and I've already had several train delays cancellations. Never seen before
