@faisal I would hope not. I did my best to express my dissatisfaction towards the whole process.
The agent signed off with a smile:

Sure, for one euro it's not about the money. But it leaves a bad aftertaste when they would prefer to spend more in transport and processing than simply refunding me 1€.
In the past they gave me a book for free (like 8€) when I wanted to return it when I purchased in the wrong language.
