Blue Lock: Season 2
What the heck happened here? Season 2 is done and we need to talk about it. Nothing indicated this was not a hit. What the heck happened with the budget?

Blue Lock 36
It seems today they release a double episode to conclude the season (series?).
Episode 36 was good even if we didn't get all the animation we wanted. You could feel the tension and went by so fast.
I can't with Oliver's voice actor, sounds so old but the character is supposed to be under 20 years old?
Blue Lock 35
This episode could have been 5 stars if they animated it more, sadly we got still shots and CGI.
Nevertheless we got some nice scenes and the plot thickens.
Where is the story going after this arc?
I want to catch up to the manga.
@scribbbleanime So far maybe #BlueLock ? Not the story but the animation. It's so cheap.
Blue Lock 34
Was this episode the one with the best animation this season so far?
I think so Still way too much CGI but we've got some gems
I'm 3 episodes into #BlueLock Season 2 and the animation is not great
What happened here? We got a bunch of scenes with static drawings, some CGI (although less than in season 1) but the signature animation has been missing.
Did they cut back on the budget?
I'm quite disappointed. If I want to see static images with dialog, I'll read the manga
Anime Review
Blue Lock: Episode Nagi
The movie between season 1 and season 2 was just average. This is not a movie you can watch without having seen the first part. Even if they show some of the scenes and lines from the main season you lack all the context.
Yesterday I finally sat to watch one episode of the new #BlueLock season, then realized I need to watch the movie first: Blue Lock: Episode Nagi
The movie is 1.5 hours, ruined my plans
I'll try it today
@scribbbleanime You asume I have that much free time to catch on all the anime.
#BlueLock is a must, for sure
Thank you for the mention in the post. I'm so out of the loop, I don't know what's in store for autumn. Wasn't there like a website that showed upcoming shows? I don't remember.
#Manga haul from yesterday's purchase (remember it's the only day in Spain in which we can enjoy a -10% off books in the whole year
).
Pictured: #Naruto, #SasakiToMiyano, #HiranoToKagiura, #DragonBall, and #BlueLock (Nagi Episode)
Have you read any of these?
@mrpablington #BlueLock volume 5 is pure
I need to catch up with #JujutsuKaisen , it's going to take me a while
Blue Lock volume 6
This volume has not been as good as the previous one. I liked the drawing (intense panels as usual!) and the pace of the story, but the new characters were very annoying and (especially "the one") not credible to me.
@mrpablington #BlueLock is awesome, I'm on volume 6. Such intense drawing and unique story.
Have you watched the anime?
Stocking up on #manga for the upcoming months

Blue Lock volume 5, done!
This was pure fire, the best volume so far? It's going to be hard to beat.
Will I buy the next one? Heck yeah.
Its my birthday, here's a present to myself

@cosmic_milkyway Nagi is the best! #BlueLock
@macdonst You can tell it's a very old manga (more than 20 years old), the drawing style and such.
A friend gave me like 40 volumes so I'll read it, but not sure it's my cup of tea.
Now, on the other hand... #BlueLock or #Haikyu are awesome even if you don't play the sports. The art on Blue Lock is so intense.
Also #Naruto or #MyHeroAcademia are, for me, more entertaining shonen if that's what you're looking for
